Bangli Electronics
Engineering the Digital Nervous System of Modern Vehicles.
Bangli Electronics is a Tier-1 automotive electronics supplier specializing in CAN Bus–based instrument clusters, intelligent body control, low-voltage power distribution, and secure CAN gateways for buses, trucks, and new-energy vehicles.
What we deliver
Safe, reliable, and scalable vehicle networks
that connect sensors, controllers, and displays across multiple CAN domains—powertrain, body, safety, and diagnostics—ready for cloud supervision and fleet analytics.
About Us
Who we are
Bangli Electronics Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures CAN-centric vehicle electronics in Hefei, China, serving major commercial-vehicle and NEV OEMs. We pair long-standing R&D depth with disciplined manufacturing and system integration.
What sets us apart
  • Full-stack CAN capability. From cluster HMI to body control, low-voltage power distribution, and domain gateways, Bangli builds complete, interoperable systems around ISO 11898 and J1939.
  • Built for OEM programs. Our organization, processes, and laboratories support series production with automotive quality systems and certified test coverage.
Core Technology — CAN at the Center
A unified vehicle network
We architect multi-domain CAN networks that segment powertrain, body, safety/ADAS, and diagnostics, then federate them through a secure gateway. This enables clean electrical architectures, robust arbitration, and high fault tolerance—while keeping service and diagnostics straightforward.
Interoperability by design
Our platforms speak CAN 2.0B / ISO 11898-2 and SAE J1939, with forward compatibility to CAN FD on the gateway tier for higher throughput and future expansions.
Cloud-ready by default
Through gateway-to-cloud connectivity, fleets gain real-time visibility of status, warnings, and operating KPIs, supporting preventive maintenance and safety oversight.
Products
CAN Bus Instrument Clusters
TFT clusters in 7-inch and 12.3-inch formats provide a crisp, configurable HMI with 2D/2.5D animation, multi-mode layouts (driving, dwell, service), and rich telemetry (SOC, temperatures, warnings, diagnostics). Each cluster integrates three high-speed CAN 2.0B interfaces (ISO 11898-2) for seamless communication with ECUs, BMS, and body modules. Designed for diesel, hybrid, and pure-electric platforms.
Intelligent Body Control Modules (BCM)
BCMs are distributed control nodes on the vehicle CAN, executing body functions (lighting, doors, HVAC auxiliaries) via smart high-side drivers and protected outputs. Typical modules support up to 30 configurable inputs and up to 36 power outputs with protections against short, over-current, over-/under-voltage, and over-temperature. Communication is J1939 over CAN. Multiple BCMs can co-exist on the same bus to realize flexible distributed E/E topologies.
Highlights
  • Customizable UI/UX with dynamic states and animated status.
  • Multiple video inputs for camera/360° views where required.
  • Ambient light–adaptive brightness; solid-state, automotive-grade electronics.
Integrated Power Distribution
Low-Voltage System
This 24 V power-distribution platform connects the battery and DC-DC to downstream subsystems, combining the main low-voltage switch, fusing, relays, DC busbar, current/voltage/temperature sensing, and dual CAN channels for supervisory control and fault reporting. Configurable inputs and intelligent outputs support complex logic; a hardwired emergency stop path is available for safe power cut-off.
CAN Gateway & Network Security
CGW
The CGW bridges multiple CAN domains and provides a secure link to backend platforms. It supports CAN FD, OTA firmware updates, secure storage, and X.509 digital-certificate–based encryption. The design targets compliance with European R155 (cybersecurity) / R156 (software update) regulations to protect in-vehicle networks and ensure safe, authenticated over-the-air updates.
Solutions & Applications
Commercial buses
Networked clusters, BCMs, and CGW connect propulsion, body, safety, and passenger-information systems into a cohesive CAN architecture, enabling 360° vision integration and cloud monitoring.
Heavy trucks
Robust BCM and power distribution with full J1939 integration, environmental hardening, and modular expansion for vocational body functions.
New-energy vehicles
Native compatibility with BMS and e-powertrain controllers, with cluster SOC/thermal views and gateway-based telemetry for operational insight and compliance.
Safety & Driver Assistance Integration
Bangli systems interface with electronic mirrors, 360° surround view, BSD blind-spot alerts, DMS driver monitoring, and ADAS/AEB components. Clusters can switch to camera feeds at low speed; electronic mirrors display key CAN data (speed, gear) and adapt views by conditions. These subsystems connect cleanly over CAN for event signaling and HMI alerts.
360° Surround View
Seamless camera feed integration with cluster display switching at low speeds
BSD Blind-Spot Alerts
Real-time CAN-based event signaling for enhanced driver awareness
DMS Driver Monitoring
Integrated monitoring with HMI alert coordination through CAN network
ADAS/AEB Systems
Clean CAN connectivity for advanced driver assistance and emergency braking
Quality & Test Infrastructure
Automotive quality systems
Production and development operate under IATF 16949, with environmental and occupational frameworks (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Certified laboratories
A CNAS-recognized test center covers electrical performance, climatic, EMC, vibration, corrosion, dust ingress, ESD, and mechanical validation—meeting automotive type-test needs for electronics.
Process assurance
Preventive FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA), online SPI/AOI, 100% functional tests, X-ray sampling, and MES-based traceability backstop series reliability.
Regulatory & Cybersecurity Compliance
Bangli designs to the evolving landscape of intelligent-vehicle regulations and standards. Our gateway and connected platforms align with:
EU UNECE R155 / R156
for cybersecurity management and software-update integrity,
ISO 21434 & ISO 24089
(road-vehicle cybersecurity) and (software update engineering),
